Code of Conduct

  • Always be civil
  • The person taking the lesson should make payment before the lesson has started.
  • Only take classes from people that you know to be able to teach you what you want to learn, either from a personal relationship, or reputation within a community that you are a part of. We are not responsible for the quality of the classes. If you take a class and you discover it's not what you wanted or were expecting, you should not expect a refund, but you should not use their services again. If it's really bad, you can report them.
  • If internet issues make the lesson not possible, the lesson should be rescheduled. If either side feels that the internet issues are due to their connection, they should try to use a different internet for the next attempt. If it just doesn't seem to work out from a technical perspective, the person taking the lesson should be refunded.
